This is a great opportunity for a Dietary Cook with experience in preparing both hot and cold food for service for our assisted livingneighborhoods. The skill set we are looking for includes general knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety, specialty dietary requirements to include modified texture diet, therapeutic diets, allergens, reduced sodium and sugar. The Dietary Cookmust be able to work in a busy & high production open kitchen and strive to bringculinary excellenceto our senior living community.
