Saber Healthcare Group in Huntersville, NC is seeking a dedicated dietary aide to prepare meals for residents in an assisted living setting, ensuring meals meet prescribed diet specifications and safety standards. Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

  • We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

• Previous assisted living or health care experience preferred.

• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Shift and Wage:
