Saber Healthcare Group is actively seeking a dietary team member to assist in a skilled nursing setting. You will prepare meals according to resident diet specifications, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure comfort and quality for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
