Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents and patients per dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen respecting safety standards.
• Order and inventory ingredients, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop menus and specials.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents, patients, and staff.
• Keep records of meal production, inventory, and quality control.
