Job summary

Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Full Time Dietary Cook to join our dietary services team. You will prepare nutritious meals for residents and follow planned menus and dietary requirements.

You will work a 4x2 rotation with AM shift 5am–1:30pm or PM shift 9:30am–6pm, ensuring meals are prepared, stored, and served safely while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and collaborating with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served safely.
• Assist with meal service and kitchen cleanup.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents.
