Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna, OH, is seeking a part-time dietary aide to prepare meals that meet resident diet specs while following safety and sanitation standards. You will work under the Food Service Director and contribute to a caring, compliant dining program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of food safety basics, and state food handler training compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Varies
• Wage: Up to $17.40 per hour
