Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing dietary team, preparing meals according to resident diets while following safety and sanitation rules.

You will work under the Food Service Director, supporting a family-like atmosphere, with on-demand or weekly pay options, generous PTO and benefits, and tuition assistance programs to help advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state-specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and food safety regulations under the supervision of the Food Service Director.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.
