The position includes ongoing training, potential cross-coverage as Hospitality Associate, and adherence to safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to do mathematical computation and record keeping.
• On-the-Job training.
• Legible handwriting skills needed.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient diet orders while following safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Communicate diet information to Clinical Dietitian as needed.
• Maintain CBORD card file with患者 diet orders.
• Prepare and organize patient meals per order.
• Assist with training staff for Dietary Clerk position as needed.
• Follow fire safety procedures and maintain personal hygiene.
