Responsibilities

+ Provides assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with establish dietary policies and procedures.

+ Assists manager in planning food in accordance with residents dietary needs.

+ Communicates nutritional care data through written records system.

+ Assists in the preparation, and serving of meals and snacks and checking trays for menu and diet accuracy.
