Pinnacle Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated dietary team member to assist with a variety of kitchen duties, including ordering supplies, stocking and cleaning equipment, and assisting with tray line setup. You will shop for supplies, enter orders into the computer, and ensure smooth food service operations.

The role requires strong English communication, customer service, and basic data entry skills, with Serve Safe certification due within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Serve Safe Certification required within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable insurable driving record.
• Read, write and speak English to perform duties.
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, data entry, printing reports.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Order supplies and pick up supplies.
• Shop at local grocery stores and delivery/menu handling.
• Set up tray line and prep for the cook.
• Take orders for food and enter into computer.
• Stock refrigerators and clean them regularly.
• Clean kitchen surfaces and hood; wipe down all surfaces.
• Answer the phone and assist customers.

Performs a variety of duties for the kitchen including ordering supplies, picking up supplies, shopping at local grocery stores, menu delivery/pick up, setting up tray line, prepping for the cook, taking orders for food and entering into computer, stocking refrigerators, cleaning refrigerators, wiping down all surfaces in the kitchen, cleaning kitchen hood, answering the phone.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED

Serve Safe Certification (required within 90 days of hire)

Valid drivers license and an acceptable insurable driving record

Read, write and speak in the English language to successfully perform the essential duties of this position

Competent in Microsoft word, excel, entering data, printing reports.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

HIGHLY PREFERRED:
Six (6) months food service experience
