Horizons Care Center in Eckert, CO is seeking a part-time Dietary Assistant to join our on-site team. You’ll help with food service, be part of a caring, mission-driven environment, and support residents with nutritious meals.

This role offers a schedule with 6am-2:30pm or 11:30am-7:30pm shifts, about 25 hours weekly, with benefits including 403(b), PTO, life insurance, and wellness perks. We value teamwork and opportunities for growth in a welcoming campus near Grand Mesa.

Qualifications

• Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand procedures, recipe directions and diet order cards.
• Numerical ability for recipe preparation and measuring.
• Coordination and dexterity for preparing food and operating dietary equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defined food preparation, serving meals and cleaning per procedures.
• Follow procedures for duties or special assignments as directed by supervisors.
