Job summary

The Waterford on Huebner in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Culinary Service Assistant to support dining operations for residents. You will serve guests professionally, assist in food prep, and help maintain a clean, compliant dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for residents and performs assigned tasks in cleanup, washing dishes and setting up and taking down dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks and replenishing stock in common area refreshment centers for residents.
• Maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards to comply with governmental regulations.
• Adheres to the regular schedule of work activities to ensure effective food service.
