Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide in Illinois to support meal preparation and service in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders.

You will help maintain a clean, safe dining environment, assist with snack delivery, and ensure all food handling adheres to sanitary regulations while supporting residents with warmth and respect.

Facility policies, teamwork, and patient-focused care guide every shift.

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
