Dietary Aide Waterman (Food Services)

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is hiring a PM Dietary Aide!

*Weekends required on a rotation*

Pay: From $16.58 per hour +/ DOE

Dietary Aide Duties:

1. Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen and food storage areas.
2. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
3. Check and record the chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine at the beginning of the shift.
4. Observe water temperature of the dishwasher during cycles.
5. Set up breakfast trays.
6. Make juice for breakfast trays and medication pass.
7. Assist with serving meals.
8. Butter bread and pour milk and juice.
9. Prepare nourishments and snacks.
10. Empty trash.
11. Set up meal trays.
12. Sweep and mop the kitchen.
13. Put groceries away in a safe, orderly, and clean manner.
14. Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.
