Dietary Aide (Part-Time) - Waterman (Food Services)

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is hiring a PART-TIME Dietary Aide!
Weekends required on a rotation

PAY: From $16.58 per hour + DOE

Dietary Aide Duties:

• Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine at the beginning of the shift.
• Monitor water temperature during dishwasher cycles.
• Set up breakfast trays and prepare juice for breakfast trays and medication passes.
• Assist with serving meals, butter bread, and pouring milk and juice.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Empty trash and set up meal trays.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen.
• Put groceries away in a safe, orderly, and clean manner.
• Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.
