Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, assist with tray service, and help keep dining areas clean. You will provide beverages, refill condiments, and follow safety and confidentiality policies while working with a supportive team.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and in-service sessions are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with tray service.
• Provide beverage service and refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls.
• Maintain dining room and assist with kitchen cleanliness (sweep, mop, vacuum).
• Assist residents with menu orders and accommodate special needs as needed.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings; follow confidentiality policies.
