Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest, a non-profit organization, is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support our Silver Crest Assisted Living facility in Everett, WA.

The role requires serving nutritious meals to residents, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 3:30pm–8pm, with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Perks include sick leave, double pay on select holidays, longevity bonuses, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a current Washington State Food Handler’s permit.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to work independently with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Dietary Services with other departments.
• Assist in inventory and related duties.
• Assist in determining quality and quantity of food served.
• Report accidents/incidents as required by policy.
