• Manage Supplies: Rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and recipes for safe meals.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve per recipes and spreadsheets.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
