Responsibilities

• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies following first-in, first-out standards.
• Follow menus and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
