Polar Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Dietary Aide/Server to join our growing team!

Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN, right off highway 36, near the giant snowman and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 114-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-time, 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM, including rotating weekends
Wage: $15.50 - $20.50/HR

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being. Duties include:

• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
