Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking Dining Services Associates at Cascades of Sugarland Ridge to provide compassionate dining services across Wyoming communities such as Ranchester, Dayton, Story, Big Horn, Buffalo and Ucross. This role involves preparation, serving and teamwork in a resident-focused dining program.

Hours fall between 6am and 6:30pm with no late nights; positions available as Part Time and Full Time, including weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and reset dining room for all meals.
• Assisting with food preparation, plating meals, and dishwashing
• Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Build a strong rapport with residents, family members, and staff that contributes positively to our residents well-being
• Actively participate as a member of a team and work towards goals set by management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Working as a Dining Services Associate (Dietary Aide), you will:
