Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Server at The Ashford at Sturbridge in Ohio for a full‑time dining room role. You will serve meals, handle resident requests, and keep the dining area setup clean and stocked.

The position emphasizes quality service, teamwork, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for residents. Pay rate is $14/hour with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, paid leave, and rewards for outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
• Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
• Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents.
• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary.
