Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents according to diet orders and approved menus.
• Set up trays and deliver meals, ensuring correct portions and temperatures.
• Deliver and retrieve trays and maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Uphold safety and sanitary standards and follow all policies and procedures.
