Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, support residents, and contribute to a safe, clean dining environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and compassionate service, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development within a community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Residence within service area as required by state/county rules.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required per state law.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
