Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team.
• Perform light physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending).
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and plate/utensil collection.
• Maintain hygiene by proper disposal of leftovers and garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and stocked; wash dishes/equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Support upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
