Job summary

Florence Home in Omaha, NE is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to help our residents feel at home. You will deliver meals, treat residents with patience and sensitivity, and ensure safety. You should be able to read, write, speak English, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shifts available from 7A–3P or 11A–7P; weekends and holidays may be required. We offer professional growth opportunities, an employee recognition program, and social events as part of our work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Fluent reading, writing, speaking and understanding of English.
• Able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
• Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Arrive on time for shifts and work as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Make residents feel at home with patience and sensitivity.
• Provide excellent service to residents and customer service skills.
• Deliver meals to residents in a way that preserves the dignity of the resident.
• Ensure resident safety.

Shifts Available:

• Hours will vary 7A to 3P. And/Or 11A to 7P. Weekends and Holidays
• Pay is based on experience

As a Dietary Aide, you will:
