Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, and interact positively with residents to enhance their dining experience.

We prioritize excellence in service and foster a positive environment for both staff and residents. Qualifications include a high school diploma and a current ServSafe or Food Handler certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively.
• Physical capability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables.
• Serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Interact positively with residents and provide excellent customer service.
