Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary plans, maintain sanitation, and support dining experiences with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and ServSafe/Food Handler certification as required by law. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state/county law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
