Role Responsibilities

• Serve modified and regular diets as prescribed by physicians under supervision.
• Assemble patient trays according to menus and diets.
• Ensure residents receive quality meals, snacks, and nourishments.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment in kitchens and dining areas, cleaning as per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical/Environmental Demands

This role involves rigorous physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods. PPE will be provided, and training on proper techniques and chemical use will be given. Exposure to heat, fumes, and odors is possible, with precautions in place.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior food service experience.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule and Location

Core hours vary; shifts may include weekends and holidays. Location: Blue Skies of Texas West, Liberty House.
