Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking a Dietary Aide in Franklin, PA to assist in meal preparation and service for residents. The role focuses on sanitation, proper food temperature, and timely service in accordance with facility standards.

• Ensure supplies for next day production are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas.
• Maintain equipment, utensils, and food plates clean and orderly.
• Prepares meals, snacks, and nourishments in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as the facility standards and procedures.
• Serves meals that are palatable, appetizing in appearance, garnished and at proper temperature on a timely basis.
• Serves food from steam table and or transport food delivery carts to the resident areas.
• Honors residents food likes, dislikes per tray ticket within prescribed diet.
• Ensures food supplies for the next day production is available.
• Assists cooks in preparing meals as directed.
• Uses proper hand washing techniques and safety procedures.

• Ability to meet all health compliance and competency requirements
