Job summary

White Oak Manor York in York, SC is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. This role supports daily meal prep, follows planned menus, and assists with resident-focused service in a 109-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

If you have a basic understanding of food preparation, food safety, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, you could be a good fit. Shift: Day, PRN / Weekends; previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Previous experience in providing dietary services in the long-term care industry is a plus but is not required. We're looking for passionate, team-oriented individuals to join our team with a goal in providing the highest quality of care and services for our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of food preparation, food special diets, follow menu, food safe and sanitation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality service and cleanliness.We're looking for a self-motivated team player who works well under pressure and is able to maintain a fast pace in our active kitchen.In this role you help prepare a variety of daily meals, as well as maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with inventory and other tasks as needed.
