Emerus, a leader in small-format hospitals, seeks a Dietary Aide for patient-facing food service. You will prepare and serve heat-and-serve meals, follow patient dietary restrictions, and ensure sanitary, organized service areas in a hospital setting.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a Food Handler Safety certificate, at least 2 years of hospital food service experience, and proficiency in English. Training on dishwashing equipment and sanitation is provided as needed.

The Dietary Aide is a patient facing role that performs a variety of food service functions in maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment. The Aide also prepares and serves “heat and serve” meals and snacks following specific patient dietary restrictions as indicated in patient medical record.
