Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join the dietary department in Britton, SD. We value a team-oriented individual who takes pride in providing culinary excellence through our enhanced dining program.

Responsibilities include reading tray orders, placing utensils and items on trays, assisting with food preparation, and delivering meals on time and at proper temperatures. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit.
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Skill and ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items on trays (utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, tray cards).
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve food on trays at proper time, temperature, and presentation.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Wash dishes and clean work area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
