Northwest Specialty Hospital, an extension of Northern Nevada Medical Center, brings expanded services to a new building located at 6223 Sharlands Ave. in Northwest Reno. The facility will offer acute rehabilitation and adult behavioral health services.
Our acute rehabilitation services include occupational, speech, and physical therapy for adults recovering from stroke, injury, or another disabling condition. We offer advanced treatment for a wide range of conditions including stroke, brain injury, amputation, neurological disorders, major multiple traumas and spinal cord and back injuries. All patients will experience private rooms, have access to a newly renovated therapy gym, and personalized care from our qualified staff.
This Dietary Aide opportunity is part time at 20 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. This position is for our New Rehab Hospital in Northwest Reno. Under the direct supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services Director, Supervisor, or Lead, the Diet Aide performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties.
