The cook is responsible for the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, following our established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include meal service, assisting in food preparation, caring for and cleaning food service equipment, and setting up trays and dining room tables.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a dietary department, preferably in a healthcare setting, and possess the ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer service for a positive dining experience. They must also follow all applicable policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care.
