Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a dedicated Dietary & Food Services staff member at Lowell General Hospital to support meal preparation, tray assembly and service across locations. You will assist with menu planning, food preparation, sanitation and patient meal delivery, in line with dietary orders and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires at least two years of food service experience; preferred Dietetic Tech degree or a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Two years of food service experience are required.
• A Dietetic tech degree is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent accepted if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains diet order information and ensures patients receive appropriate meals.
• Delivers trays to patients and assembles patient trays accurately.
• Assists in menu planning, food preparation and kitchen sanitation.
