Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior industrial/commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Dependable and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all dietary functions in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure quality food service.
• Set up trays and/or place settings according to care planned diets and individual meal tickets.
• Assist with meal set-up at meal time according to the diet card and resident needs.
• Stock the cafe with supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
