Job summary

The Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, NY is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our food service team. This full-time role supports residents and staff by ensuring safe, clean, and high-quality dining experiences in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with dietary functions, setting up trays according to care plans, preparing meals to meet dietary needs, stocking the cafe, and performing related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in industrial/commercial kitchens preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, New York. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food service to our residents and staff while ensuring a safe and clean dining environment.

Requirements:

• Work hours include alternate Saturdays and Sundays
