Job summary

Horizons HR Services is seeking a Dietary Aide to join the team at a major hospital. The position offers part-time hours with shifts including early morning and late afternoon, and weekly pay at $15 per hour based on experience.

Job Description: Dietary Aide

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served. Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils and provide general stocking duties in service area.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• High School Degree or G.E.D. preferred. Current student considered.
• Be able to work quietly and quickly in patient area
• Excellent organizational skills
• A neat, clean appearance
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication with others.
• Mathematical ability required. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
