Job summary

Horizons HR Services is seeking a Dietary Aide to support operations at a major hospital. The role is part-time with shifts from 6:00 to 2:30 and 11:00 to 19:30, Sunday through Friday with rotating weekends, and a starting pay of $15 per hour based on experience and shift.

The job emphasizes accuracy, cleanliness, and promptness in a patient-care setting. Responsibilities include setting up food stations, serving meals, stocking supplies, and maintaining sanitary dining areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work quietly and quickly in patient areas.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Neat, clean appearance.
• Must read and write to facilitate proper communication.
• Mathematical ability for simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• May work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served; assist in setup and serving from counters and steam tables.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, utensils and provide stocking duties.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts per business needs.

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
