Job Summary

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties related to the preparation, service, and transport of patient, staff, and guest meals. Responsibilities include inventory management, food preparation, setup and service, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, maintaining accurate cash operations, and reviewing patient menus to ensure dietary compliance. May also transport food and supplies within or between hospital facilities and prepare patient formulas as needed.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
2. Additional experience or training dependent upon discipline.
