Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma minimum.
• Experience: Previous Dietary Aide experience preferred; training in cost control, food management, or diet therapy beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in meeting specific dietary requirements and health needs.
• Support Dietary Manager in planning, organizing and directing the Dietary Services Department.
• Prepare meals, snacks and beverages following facility procedures and safety standards.
• Deliver meals to patients and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies and maintaining dining areas.
• Support nutrition education programs for residents and staff.
