You will help plan and direct the dietary services under supervision, ensuring quality food service and adherence to federal/state guidelines while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This role supports nutrition education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must possess as a minimum, a high school diploma.
• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dietary needs and meal delivery.
• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages according to procedures.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
• Review and implement facility policies and procedures.
• Support with inventory and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Set up dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.
• Participate in nutrition education programs.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene at all times.
