Job summary

Lake Bennet Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and dining services. You will assist the Dietary Manager in planning, preparing, and serving meals according to federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliability, and willingness to learn. Experience as a Dietary Aide is preferred; cost control or diet therapy training is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide is preferred; training in cost control, food management, or diet therapy is a bonus.
• Reliable transportation is required to fulfill shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals and deliver to patients.
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, sanitary workplace.
• Review department policies and procedures to stay current with facility protocols.
• Assist with inventory, meal setups, and dining area maintenance.
• Support educational programs on nutrition.
