Position

Dietary Aide Part Time, Evenings: Must be Available Weekends

Overview

Join our Food Nutrition Service Team in a healthcare setting where you can express your talents and creativity while making a difference in the lives of others. We offer a supportive environment of teamwork and opportunities to showcase your culinary skills. As a Food Service Team Member, you will perform duties related to the production and service of patient meals, including food prep, delivery, kitchen cleaning, and other assigned tasks.

Position Highlights

• Assist in receiving, storing, and handling food and supplies properly to prevent waste and ensure quality. Properly label, date, and store items using correct food handling techniques.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes, flatware, utensils, and pots/pans. Remove broken or chipped items from use and wrap flatware as needed.
• Transport and store dishes and utensils, ensuring sufficient quantities are available for meal preparation and service.
• Clean and sanitize dish machines, dish rooms, and trash cans. Maintain a clean, uncluttered work area and complete cleaning duties as assigned.
