A leading healthcare provider is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support food service operations. Responsibilities include setting up meal trays, assisting with serving, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication skills.
Dietary Aide Part Time (Food Services)
The dietary aide assignments are determined based on the needs of the activity during the shift. He/she reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read technical procedures, follow recipes, and effectively communicate with managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must obtain and maintain a food handler's certificate.
Requires standing and walking frequently, sitting occasionally, reaching, pushing/pulling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Good vision and focus are required.
