Job summary

Elevate Care is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Waukegan, IL. You will assist with meal service, support residents’ dietary needs, and help maintain clean dining areas while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Sanitation – Ensure kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
• Assist with Special Diets – Provide support for residents with special dietary needs and preferences, such as low-sodium, low-sugar, or vegetarian diets.
• Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
• Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.
