Job Location: Windsor Nursing and Rehab Center of Corpus Christi - Corpus Christi, TX

Job Details:

• Position Type: PRN

Description:

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals, cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Set up and pass trays for meal service
• Stock snack cart
• Bussing tables and trays
• Clean the kitchen work area
• Dishwashing
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CDM or the Executive Director

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
