Dietary Aide - On Call (Food Services)

Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking an on-call Dietary Aide to join our Culinary department.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to menu and standardized recipes.
2. Check trays for menu accuracy, diet preferences, and proper portioning.
3. Prepare food following standard recipes to ensure correct consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
4. Wash dishes and clean the kitchen area after meal service, and put away dishes.
5. Ensure all dietary services are provided safely, adhering to infection control protocols.
