Job summary

Springfield Hospital is seeking a Dietary Aide to support patient meal service in our cafeteria and patient care areas. The role requires following department procedures for tray assembly, portion control, and timely tray delivery while upholding sanitation and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting in training new staff, participating in in-service programs, and operating a cafeteria cash register as needed.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Must be available to work weekends and rotating holidays.

Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $18.50 - $22.00 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
